Mid-Week Groups

At Disley Baptist Church we have several mid-week groups, which give us the opportunity to grow together in ways that are not always possible just on Sundays.

Revitalised Bible Study
This group meets from 7:45-9:30pm every Tuesday evening at the church. The main focus of the group is a time spent studying the Bible together to discover its importance for our lives in the 21st Century. There is also time spent praying for each other providing support and care in a friendly atmosphere.

Small Groups
There are also a couple of small groups, which meet weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These also involve an element of discovering what it means to follow Christ and of praying for and supporting each other. A strong element of each of these groups as well is a social aspect through which relationships can be developed and deepened. Together with a desire to touch the wider community these groups seek to incorparte the whole range of what it means to be a follower of Jesus.
